Hi, I am from Michigan and my main job is to be a Mom to my two teenagers. I know some people think once your kids are in school, you should go back to work. Well, my husband has a job that involves a lot of traveling and it helps that I can always be there for my kids, even when he can't. I also have to admit I am in no hurry to re-enter the work world. And I think teens need their parents home after school as much as younger kids. I keep a tight rein on my kids...and they are not that happy about it, but it is my job 24/7 to raise them and I am trying to keep them safe!

Anyway..that is my story. I am currently working as: Cha Cha guide, Avon rep. (for the last 14 years) Mystery Shopper and Drug Auditor, Merchandiser and I do some bookkeeping (would like to do more). Very Happy

What's a Drug Auditor? Do you do that from home?

I've heard of Cha Cha and have actually signed up. I just haven't been able to finish my training - my kids keep interrupting me. Sad I homeschool, so I'm with them 24/7 as well. I can't wait for the weather to get warmer so I can push them out the front door and have a few minutes to myself. LOL

it was something I found through the mystery shopping job. You would have to do some investigating on your own tho...Volition.com is an excellent source for all things MS. It is a highly competitive market and each one kinda has to fend for themselves...not to be mean..but this is a great resource...SO I have helped you out!! Laughing

I basically meet with drug reps and inventory their samples. I get paid by the job and work as an independent contractor. The work is not steady tho and your never know how much you will get from month to month... Crying or Very sad

I agree with you completely, I believe teenagers are just as needy as toddlers if not more so. They have these raging hormones to deal with, peer pressure, and due to the media...this belief that they are ready to step into the adult arena. And I find that most teens will find something to be unhappy about, but they will get over it, and one day thank you...S Laughing
