Remote Techical Support - Linux
We are seeking a software specialist for a customer support position. Work will be performed remote.
The ideal candidates should possess:

Two year associate degree, work experience or equivalent.
*
Ability to follow pre-determined work processes.
*
Ability to work with various Incident Management queues assign by the Support Center.
*
Knowledge of LINUX Administration.
*
Certification in Information Technology is a plus.
*
Experience in a Call Center and/or within a Technical Support Helpdesk environment.
*
Proven Microsoft Office knowledge with a strong focus on Window XP, Microsoft Word and Excel.
*
Strong written and oral communication skills.
*
Strong customer service skills.
Primary Role: Remote Technical Support
Primary Skill Set: Software Support
Secondary Skill Sets: Linux Administration
Comments / Other Skills: Associate Software Engineer, Experience Level: Junior
