The Account Coordinator offers potential to work from home after successful completion of training and proven performance. This is NOT a direct sales position.
Job Description/Essential Job Duties:
Key-enter faxed and emailed orders.
Call customers to resolve discrepancies and verify inconsistencies or missing data on faxed orders.
Answer inbound Sales and Customer Service calls and key-enter orders.
Retrieve and key-enter orders from customer websites.
Maintain information in Goldmine database.
Complete and investigate various Customer Service and problem solving tasks.
Check and respond to voicemail and email.
Assist customers with questions regarding product, shipping and pricing.
Anticipate customers’ needs and surpass their expectations.
Maintain high industry standing through superior customer service.
Offer follow-up by responding efficiently to all requests.
Effectively solve problems and resolve discrepancies finding win-win solutions.
Complete extra projects.
Assist in creating marketing and promotional packets or mailings.

Requirements
Must be computer, Microsoft Office and data entry proficient
Outstanding customer service skills
A high degree of accuracy required
Must be highly productive
Exceptional organization and time-management skills
Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication
Must respond well to internal deadline pressures in a faced past environment.
Able to stay on task and work independently with little supervision
Positive attitude and high energy level
Model behavior that supports the company purpose and values
High School Diploma required
Preferred 2 years of related experience
Demonstrated ability to adapt and respond appropriately in progressive and changing work environment
